Electrical Maintenance, Repairs and Energy Consumption Assessments

The Electricty at Work Regulations 1989 place certain responsibilities on businesses and employers, it is also of note that these Regulations apply to electrical work in domestic premises too. 

It may only be a visual inspection that you require or possibly your fuse panels cleaning but to maintain an auditable maintenance program is an important part of your planned or reliability centred maintenance system.  I personally have over 30 years experience in this field and would be more than happy to discuss any requirements that you may have or to advise on the creation of maintenance schedules for your business/installation.
